KHASAB MUSANDAM MOUNTAIN SAFARI

Khasab Musandam mountain safari to mighty Hajar Mountains, Jebel Al-Harim, Khor Najd, and Bedouin village of Sayh. Join our off-road adventurous mountain safari to Jebel Harim, translated as the “Mountains of Women”. It is the highest peak of the Musandam Peninsula at 2,087 meters above sea level, where you will enjoy views of the Hajar Mountains. Along the way, you will be able to observe fossils dating back several million years.

Khasab Musandam mountain safari also gives you an opportunity to visit the Bedouin village of Sayh, situated at 1100 meters above sea level. This is a small and peaceful village where one can cherish the beauty of Musandam on the plateau of the mountain. Our journey also takes us to Khawr Najid, with stunning sea views overlooking the Indian Ocean, facing east.

Starting at Jabal Sayh Road, the road is 3.2 km (1.98 miles) long. This route is not suitable for normal cars. 4WD only. At this height, temperatures can fall here at night to freezing point. Be sure to have spare water and tires with you if you intend to drive to Jebel Al Harim.

REPORTING TIME – 09:00 AM MORNING – 01:00 PM AFTERNOON: 

It takes 3.5 hours from Dubai to Khasab Musandam Oman including the border processing. If you are coming from Dubai then make sure you leave before 06:00 am to join the morning session and by 10:00 am for the afternoon session. You must report given meeting point so our staff can guide you about the Khasab Musandam Mountain safari and start your off-road journey.

Border Crossing Details

• Oman Visit Visa: It will be 35 AED for each UAE exit fee and 5 OMR for Oman visit visa that can be obtained on arrival from the border or applied online at https://evisa.rop.gov.om/.
• Vaccination: All participants above 18 years must have a vaccination certificate in printed form.
• Passport Validity: Everybody must carry the original passport that must be valid for more than 90 days from the travel date.
• Visa Validity: If a UAE resident, then the visa must be valid for more than 90 days from the travel date.
• Sponsored Visa: If you have a sponsored (dependent) visa, then the sponsor must be traveling along.
• UAE Single Entry Visa: Single entry visa holders are not allowed, their visa will be canceled on exit UAE.
• Eligibility: All professions are not eligible for an arrival visa, check your profession first.

Booking and Cancellation

• All cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.

• If cancellation is made within 48 hours of your tour departure time 50% charges will be applicable.
• For all the cancellations made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If you do not appear for the trip due to any reason, there will not be any refund
• The company reserve the right to cancel the trip due to weather condition, unforeseen reasons, or instructed by the government and will refund the deposit amount.
